Last updated: 1 November 2026. These Terms of Service govern your access to PlayGoma at playgoma.com, including browser games, accounts, player profiles, chats, and voice rooms. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

PlayGoma accounts and community features are not intended for children under 13. You are responsible for securing your account credentials, keeping your profile information accurate, and reporting suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict, suspend, or close accounts used in violation of these Terms.

Games and third-party services

PlayGoma provides access to browser games, including games and embeds supplied by third parties. Individual games may carry their own notices, licenses, advertising, privacy requirements, or technical restrictions. We cannot promise that every game or feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.

Community, chat, and voice

You agree to treat other players respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate others, share unlawful content, distribute malware, spam, exploit account access, or circumvent moderation controls. Do not upload or send media that you lack the right to share. You are responsible for content you post.

Voice-room hosts can mute or remove participants under room controls, and PlayGoma may take additional moderation action to protect the community. Participants may hear your voice and view your public avatar or username. Do not assume voice communications cannot be recorded by another participant.

User content and platform rights

You retain ownership of original material you submit, subject to third-party rights. You grant PlayGoma a non-exclusive license to host, display, transmit, and process the material as needed to provide the features you use and handle moderation or security. You must not copy or redistribute games, artwork, branding, or other protected content without authorization.

Cookies and data use

Our Privacy Policy explains necessary data processing, the Accept all and Essential only analytics choices, and third-party providers. Choosing Essential only does not disable functions necessary for authentication, safety, security, or game delivery.

Prohibited activity

Do not attack PlayGoma systems, use unauthorized bots or exploits to disrupt games or rankings, access other people's accounts, evade bans, infringe intellectual-property rights, or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the site.

Availability, warranties, and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, data preservation, or third-party content. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and suspension

We may change, restrict, or discontinue features, update the Terms, or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, platform operations, or violations. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner where appropriate.
