Information we process

• Accounts and profiles: username, email or sign-in identifier, avatar, settings, name styles, friends, game progress, and related account information.
• Social features: messages, reactions, friend requests, user-uploaded images and GIF references, reports, moderation information, and public profile details you choose to share.
• Voice rooms and private calls: room membership, connection and moderation events, microphone permission state and the signaling needed to connect calls. Voice audio is transmitted between participants using browser real-time communication. The website does not offer a call-recording feature; other participants can potentially record what they hear using their own devices.
• Operational information: information reasonably needed to authenticate users, maintain sessions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and deliver the site, which can include IP addresses in hosting and security logs.

Cookies and analytics choices

When first visiting, you can choose Accept all or Essential only. We remember your choice in browser storage and a preference cookie so the notice does not appear on every visit.

• Essential only: PlayGoma's consent-aware analytics record anonymous game-open counts and a coarse country code when available. They do not add a persistent visitor analytics ID or record city, browser, individual page visits or engagement duration through this collector. Necessary security, login and functional data may still be processed to operate the service.
• Accept all: PlayGoma's first-party analytics may also record page visits, game pages, broad browser and device categories, approximate city when available, referring site, returning visits via a pseudonymous browser identifier, and time spent using the site.

Third-party games, embedded media, authentication, advertisements, and other providers may process information and use their own cookies or similar technologies. Their practices are described in their own policies, and the choice above does not necessarily control those independent systems. We aim to manage optional third-party tracking in line with applicable requirements.

Why we use information

We use information to provide accounts and games, personalize available features, connect players, provide voice/chat functions, enforce safety rules, diagnose problems, measure game popularity, and improve performance. We do not sell private chat messages or voice audio as advertising products.

Information visible to others

Your username, avatar, public profile, leaderboard scores, public chat messages and room participation can be visible to other players. Private messages are intended for their participants, subject to security and moderation processes. Users should not disclose passwords, private contact information, or sensitive personal data in chats.

Service providers and third-party games

Hosting, authentication, game distribution, media, payment, advertising, and security services may process information as necessary for their functions. Game content provided by third parties may be governed by additional terms and privacy notices. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably needed to investigate security and abuse.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the relevant feature, meet legitimate security needs, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Different types of records may have different retention periods. We use reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
